🍣Saké to me🍶

Did you hear the news? Tampopo Kitchen got its liquor license! That means sake and beer with your premium sushi! Did you know that there is a lot more to saké than just, hot or cold? Sake flavor profile changes by region, because of different kinds of rice that is affected by the terroir, just like wine. The other variable that will affect the flavor is the regional climate, as well as the minerality of the water. Japan has some of the most special water in the world and is no surprise that it produces such exquisite beverages. There is a subtlety of pairing the right saké with a piece of tuna  or salmon nigiri, I hope you all get to experience it someday (maybe at our place, hint hint).
