Wagme? Wagyu!!

Do you know what wagyu beef is? This Japanese magical meat has the perfect blend of marbalization, or the layering and ratio of fat to muscle. This gives it the soft juicy melt in your mouth texture that we all shell out the big bucks for.

Do you know how they get such an amazing texture and flavor? Well it's a strict diet of whole grains, grass and beer, and they even have the cows listening to classical music while they are getting daily massages! Pretty chill cows! 

Usually only reserved for the finest steak houses in the world where they charge by the ounce, we are thinly shaving it on a meat slicer so we can add it to the wagyu truffle udon, and the wagyu asparagus roll, where we sear it with a blow torch! This is a great treat for a special occasion for those of you that worked so hard this week!!
